Acquisition: Is natural and gradual process
Learning     : Is artificial, in a classroom and consciuous process.

- Affective factors, like age (more wiling - more embarrased)
- Text books
- Insuficient time
- Other things going on
- Every day communicative requirements are in the 1st language.
